Sat at the top of Leeds city centre, it's easy to get here by feet or wheels. With parking, bus stops, and a railway station just down the road, you have plenty of transport options. We also have covered and uncovered cycle stands and a taxi rank.

Travel by car

Located next to the well-connected Claypit Lane (A58), it's easy to get to and from the first direct arena by car. The A64 York Road is a quick way into the city centre from the east, while you can easily get in from the south and west via the M621. Those connect to the M62 and M1, so it's all quite convenient.

For your satnav, use postcode LS2 8BY.

Travel by bus

Being in the city centre, the arena is simple to get to by bus. The nearest stops are Clay Pit Lane, Wade Lane/Lovell Park Road, and Woodhouse Lane, where local services run regularly.

If you're coming from further afield, the closest stations are Leeds City Bus Station, Leeds Corn Exchange, and Leeds Station Interchange.

Travel by train

The closest train station is Leeds Station, which connects to national, regional, and local lines from a huge range of destinations. And it's only a 15-minute walk from the arena.

You can either walk up Albion Street and onto Woodhouse Lane, and then right onto Claypit Lane, or head up Park Row before connecting to Claypit Lane. We're hard to miss - look for a big, beautiful arena.

Parking at first direct arena

The arena doesn't have its own car park, but there are 7,500 parking spaces within a 15-minute walk, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a spot.

Woodhouse Lane Car Park is just a short walk away, with easy access to the A58 part of the inner ring road. Merrion Centre Car Park is the closest, and is situated just across the road on Merrion Way. Both are open for 24 hours.
