Managing personal details

  • How do I change my name?


    Chat with us in our App - go to 'Help' and select 'Chat now'. Or in Online Banking, select 'Message us'. We'll send you a form to complete to confirm your new details and information on what documents to include. Once we’ve received these we can update our details and send you replacement cards and cheque books (if applicable). You can continue to use your old ones until you receive the new ones.

  • How do I change my email address?


    You can change your email address in our App or Online Banking. In the App, visit the ‘More’ menu and select ‘Profile’, or if you have Online Banking, you can update your email address in the ‘My Details’ section, by selecting ‘Personal Details’.

    You’ll need to give us a call, anytime to update your telephone password.

  • How do I update my Digital Secure Key PIN?


    If you've forgotten your Digital Secure Key PIN, open our App, select 'Forgotten Digital Secure Key PIN', and follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new PIN. 

    If you've locked your Digital Secure Key, open our App, select 'Reset Digital Secure Key PIN', and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.
